Who we are

Web Design Coleraine is a trading name of Content Kings Media Ltd, based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Web Design Coleraine.

Monthly website plans

All monthly website packages have a 12-month minimum initial agreement:

• Starter: £99 setup + £99/month
• Business: £99 setup + £299/month
• Growth: £99 setup + £499/month

The monthly fee includes your website design and build, hosting, maintenance and the ongoing allowances specified in your package (see pricing for full details). After the initial 12 months, your plan continues monthly until cancelled, with 30 days' written notice.

If you cancel within the initial 12-month term, you will be asked to pay the remaining contracted subscription fees, subject to applicable consumer and contract law. Any early-termination charges, refund rights and notice periods will be clearly disclosed before you enter into an agreement with us.

Outright website purchases

You can purchase your website outright instead of a monthly plan:

• Starter: £999
• Business: £1,999
• Growth: £3,999

These prices include the agreed initial website design, development, content and launch. After full payment, you own the agreed deliverable website and its customer-specific content, subject to third-party licences and any exclusions agreed in writing beforehand.

You may arrange your own hosting, or purchase a separate hosting and maintenance service from us, currently from £39 a month. Hosting, ongoing SEO, future content changes and continuous maintenance are not automatically included in an outright purchase, and we will never present them as included.

Website ownership during a subscription

During a monthly plan, we manage the website and its hosting on your behalf. You retain ownership of your business name, domain, supplied materials and original business content at all times. Ownership of the design, code and other project deliverables, together with any transfer or purchase rights, is set out below and confirmed in writing when you sign up.

Cancelling a monthly plan does not mean losing your domain, business data or original content - these remain yours. Our managed hosting and the services included in your plan end in line with your notice period.

Website buyout and transfer

After completing the initial 12-month subscription term, you can purchase and transfer your website to another hosting provider for a fixed fee:

• Starter: £399
• Business: £749
• Growth: £1499

The buyout includes:

• Transfer of the agreed website source code and build files
• Your customer-specific website content and assets
• Relevant configuration and deployment documentation
• Reasonable assistance transferring the website to another hosting provider
• Transfer of ownership rights in the agreed deliverables, subject to third-party licences and any exclusions disclosed in your agreement

The buyout excludes:

• Ongoing hosting and maintenance
• Future website changes
• Ongoing SEO services
• Third-party software, stock images or licences that cannot legally be transferred
• Additional redevelopment or custom migration work outside the agreed handover scope

Conditions:

1. Buyout is available after the initial 12-month minimum subscription term.
2. All outstanding agreed fees must have been paid.
3. You retain ownership of your domain, business information and supplied materials regardless of whether you purchase the website.
4. These transfer fees are disclosed when you first enter a subscription.
5. Buyout is optional. You may cancel in line with your agreement without purchasing the website - this fee is never a mandatory cancellation penalty.
6. Any applicable statutory rights are respected.

Content and SEO allowances

Minor content changes and, where applicable, researched SEO content pieces are limited to the monthly allowance specified in your package. We do not offer unlimited edits, guaranteed search rankings or unlimited bespoke development on any package.

VAT

Web Design Coleraine is not currently VAT registered. The prices shown on this website are what you pay, with no VAT added.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you sign an agreement with us are the terms that apply to that agreement.
