Privacy Policy

Who we are

Web Design Coleraine, a trading name of Content Kings Media Ltd, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form at /contact/, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), existing website (if given), the service and package you're interested in, and your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, and - if you go on to become a customer - to deliver and manage your website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

The enquiry form is not yet connected to a form provider. Until it is, submissions do not currently reach us through the form, and the page says so plainly. Once a provider is connected, this section will name that provider, link their privacy policy, and confirm where your data is stored and for how long.

Analytics

We intend to use privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand overall visitor numbers and page performance. This does not track individuals across other websites, and does not use tracking cookies. This section will be updated to name the analytics provider once it is connected.

Cookies

This website does not currently set any non-essential cookies. If that changes, this policy and an appropriate cookie notice will be updated first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at colin@webdesigncoleraine.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you have concerns about how your data is handled.

Data retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our agreement and as required for our business records.
