What We Were Asked to Do

A coach development and club mentoring business needed a site that could carry serious content depth - resources, mentoring pathways, club tools - without feeling like a brochure site stretched too thin.

Research & discovery

What We Looked Into First

  • Content architecture planned around two distinct audiences (individual coaches and clubs) with clearly separated pathways rather than one generic "services" page.
  • An accessibility-first colour system built from scratch, with every colour pairing's contrast ratio calculated and documented before use, not checked after the fact.
  • A zero-dependency technical approach deliberately chosen: no client-side framework, no third-party requests on any page.

Design & Visual Identity

A warm, confident palette built around a deep navy and a muted teal, with every single colour-on-colour pairing documented with its exact contrast ratio at the point of definition - including which shades are safe for body text versus decorative use only.
